• Applications consuming excessive memory can impact other users and may be limited or suspended.
• Clients are expected to use optimized software and perform regular cleanup of temporary files or cache.
• Persistent high memory usage will trigger alerts and may result in performance throttling or account review.

5. Bandwidth Usage

• Each hosting plan includes a predefined bandwidth allowance (monthly transfer limit).
• Exceeding bandwidth limits may result in overage charges, throttled speeds, or temporary suspension until the next billing cycle.
• Excessive downloads, video streaming, file hosting, or large data transfers must be hosted on plans designed for such usage.
• We do not permit the use of hosting services as a content delivery network (CDN) or for file sharing/piracy purposes.

6. Acceptable Use Guidelines

• Applications must be efficiently coded and not generate excessive load on the server.
• Database queries should be optimized and properly indexed.
• Scheduled tasks (cron jobs) must run at appropriate intervals and not overload the server.
• Caching systems such as Redis, Memcached, or page caching should be used when possible.

• We continuously monitor resource usage on our servers to detect abuse or overutilization.
• If a customer exceeds their allocated limits, we may notify them, throttle services, or suspend the account until resolved.
• Repeated violations may result in account termination or a recommendation to upgrade to a more suitable hosting plan.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage your applications to stay within the allocated resources.
• Respond promptly to resource usage alerts or warnings issued by our support team.
• Upgrade your hosting plan as needed based on the growth and demands of your website or application.

9. Company Responsibilities

• Ensure fair and balanced distribution of server resources.
• Provide clear resource usage metrics and support for optimization.
• Notify customers of any policy violations and offer solutions to avoid service disruption.

10. Disclaimers

• mediabirdco.net is not responsible for data loss or downtime caused by excessive resource consumption.
• We do not guarantee unlimited resource usage on any plan unless explicitly stated in writing.
• All hosting plans are subject to fair use and technical feasibility, even if marketed as “unmetered.”
