White-label & Branding Policy

1. Purpose

This White-label & Branding Policy outlines the terms, guidelines, and responsibilities associated with white-label hosting services and brand representation provided by JAMILATECH Ltd. The policy aims to provide clarity to resellers and partners who wish to rebrand JAMILATECH Ltd’s hosting services as their own while maintaining legal compliance, consistency, and service quality.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All resellers using JAMILATECH Ltd’s white-label hosting platform
  • Partners or affiliates offering JAMILATECH Ltd services under their brand name
  • Custom branding applied through control panels, billing systems, and customer portals
  • Email communications, documentation, and promotional materials utilizing JAMILATECH Ltd’s infrastructure

It governs all regions and client accounts where JAMILATECH Ltd’s services are resold or white-labeled.

3. Definitions

  • White-label Hosting: A hosting service provided by JAMILATECH Ltd but rebranded under the reseller’s name, logo, and identity.
  • Reseller: An individual or business entity that purchases hosting services in bulk for resale under their own branding.
  • Client: The end-user or customer who purchases the rebranded services from the reseller.
  • Branding Assets: Any logos, themes, domain names, templates, or visual identities applied to the user-facing services.

4. Terms of Use

4.1. Branding Rights

Resellers are granted limited rights to apply their own branding on control panels (e.g., cPanel/WHM), webmail, documentation, and support portals. JAMILATECH Ltd retains full ownership of the original software, services, and back-end infrastructure.

4.2. Use of JAMILATECH Ltd Name

Resellers may not use the JAMILATECH Ltd name, logos, slogans, or trademarks in their customer-facing materials unless expressly authorized. All white-label services must be fully rebranded unless otherwise agreed.

4.3. Custom Branding Guidelines

Resellers must:

  • Use their own logos and contact information in client communications
  • Ensure brand elements do not infringe on third-party trademarks
  • Ensure that rebranded systems (e.g., WHMCS portals) are professionally maintained

4.4. Default Branding Templates

JAMILATECH Ltd may offer default white-label templates or themes for ease of branding. These can be modified as per the reseller's preferences but must retain the system’s functional integrity.

5. Responsibilities

5.1. Reseller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and lawful branding assets
  • Maintain the white-labeled environment with proper configuration
  • Handle first-line support for their end-users unless otherwise contracted
  • Comply with copyright and trademark laws for all custom content
  • Ensure that rebranded materials do not misrepresent the origin of the service

5.2. JAMILATECH Ltd Responsibilities

  • Offer reliable hosting infrastructure and back-end tools for white-label services
  • Provide technical support to resellers (not end-users unless contracted)
  • Maintain privacy and anonymity of white-label resellers when configured accordingly
  • Protect the underlying platform from being exposed to end-users

6. Intellectual Property

All white-labeled services remain the intellectual property of JAMILATECH Ltd unless stated otherwise. Resellers may not replicate, modify, or reverse-engineer the back-end systems, software, or service structure without prior written consent.

Any custom branding provided by the reseller remains their intellectual property. JAMILATECH Ltd does not claim ownership over reseller-supplied logos, brand names, or custom content.

7. White-label Email & Communication

Resellers are encouraged to use their own email domains for transactional and promotional communications. JAMILATECH Ltd provides SMTP and DNS configuration guidance but does not send emails on behalf of white-label clients unless contracted.

Resellers are responsible for complying with spam and email compliance laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations in their regions.

8. Service Quality and Liability

While resellers represent the front-facing brand, JAMILATECH Ltd ensures high uptime, network stability, and server performance at the back-end. However:

  • JAMILATECH Ltd is not liable for any branding issues or legal claims related to a reseller's content
  • End-users must seek support directly from the reseller unless JAMILATECH Ltd is contractually involved
  • JAMILATECH Ltd has no responsibility for the marketing claims made by white-label resellers

9. Violations and Enforcement

Violation of this White-label & Branding Policy may result in:

  • Removal of white-label privileges
  • Suspension or termination of the reseller account
  • Legal action in case of trademark or copyright infringement
  • Loss of access to rebranded portals and services

10. Policy Updates

JAMILATECH Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. All changes will be communicated via email or public notices on our official website. Continued use of white-label features after changes indicates agreement with the revised policy.

11. Disclaimers

  • JAMILATECH Ltd is not responsible for legal disputes between resellers and their clients
  • We do not verify reseller branding unless required by law
  • JAMILATECH Ltd retains full control over infrastructure and reserves the right to disable any rebranding that violates policy
  • Use of our white-label services does not imply partnership or joint venture
