• Hate Speech or Harassment: Promoting violence, discrimination, racism, or targeting individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation.
• File Storage or Backups: Using hosting space primarily for data archiving, personal file storage, or offsite backups.
• Cryptocurrency Mining: Running mining scripts or software for cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) is not permitted unless hosted in a separate, approved environment.

4. Enforcement and Consequences

• We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of this policy.
• Violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent account termination, data removal, or legal action.
• No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for the actions and content of their users and third-party tools/scripts hosted under their accounts.
• It is the client’s duty to ensure all software is updated, secure, and compliant with this policy.
• Clients must report any suspected security breaches or abuses immediately to our support team.

• We are not liable for content hosted by our customers, but we retain the right to remove or suspend any content or service that violates this policy.
