The purpose of this Reseller Account Policy is to define the rights, responsibilities, terms, and conditions for individuals or businesses (hereinafter referred to as Resellers) who use JAMILATECH Ltd's platform to resell web hosting services to third parties. This policy ensures consistent service quality, legal compliance, data protection, and ethical business conduct within our reseller network.
This policy applies to all current and prospective resellers operating under JAMILATECH Ltd’s web hosting infrastructure. It covers account creation, service resale, billing, technical support guidelines, intellectual property, brand representation, termination conditions, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
To qualify as a reseller, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter binding agreements. Each reseller must submit accurate, complete information during registration and agree to JAMILATECH Ltd’s Terms of Service.
Resellers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to market and sell JAMILATECH Ltd’s hosting services. Resellers may set their own pricing models and are fully responsible for their client relationships and billing.
JAMILATECH Ltd allows white-labeling of its services. Resellers may rebrand services under their business name; however, any misrepresentation of JAMILATECH Ltd’s infrastructure, ownership, or capabilities is strictly prohibited.
Resellers must maintain a valid payment method and ensure timely payments to keep services active. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination. Resellers are also responsible for collecting and remitting taxes from their end-users as applicable.
JAMILATECH Ltd provides support to resellers for all included services. Resellers are expected to handle first-level support for their clients. Direct end-user contact with JAMILATECH Ltd support is discouraged unless explicitly authorized.
Resellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their control panel credentials, API keys, and client data. Any unauthorized use or suspected breach must be reported to support@mediabirdco.net immediately.
Resellers must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant. Customer data must be stored, transmitted, and processed securely. Sharing or selling client data without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
Resellers may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice. All data should be backed up before cancellation. Any outstanding dues must be cleared prior to account closure.
JAMILATECH Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts due to:
Upon termination, JAMILATECH Ltd may assist with account migration at its discretion. However, the responsibility lies with the reseller to ensure data is moved or archived securely.
JAMILATECH Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reseller or client use of our hosting services. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service outages, or lost profits.
Resellers agree to indemnify and hold JAMILATECH Ltd, its affiliates, and staff harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
JAMILATECH Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of reseller services constitutes agreement to the revised policy.
This policy shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which JAMILATECH Ltd operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in local courts or arbitration panels as specified in our Terms of Service.
