3. Services Provided

JAMILATECH Ltd provides shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email hosting, domain name registration, SSL certificates, and cloud solutions. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current account information
• Use Services in compliance with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
• Secure your login credentials and avoid unauthorized access
• Ensure your content does not violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Pay for services on time as per the billing cycle

5. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance according to the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination. Renewal notices will be issued before expiration.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services, which includes but is not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited emails (spam)
• Hosting or distributing malware or illegal content
• Overutilization of server resources impacting other users
• Using services for abusive, defamatory, or harmful activities

7. Data Security and Backups

While we implement reasonable security measures, clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We are not liable for data loss due to user negligence, hacking, or force majeure events.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services without notice for violations of this Agreement or the law. You may terminate the agreement at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by JAMILATECH Ltd remains our intellectual property. You may not replicate, distribute, or resell services or resources without written consent. You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us license to host and transmit it.

10. Limitation of Liability

JAMILATECH Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the 6 months preceding the incident. We provide services "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JAMILATECH Ltd harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of Services, content hosted, or breach of this Agreement.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Services indicates acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JAMILATECH Ltd operates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction.
